Ace Financials is an accounting
package designed and developed by our company over the last five years keeping
in mind the requirements of the local market. Core modules making up Ace are
debtors, creditors and nominal ledgers, stock control and the invoicing
modules. Recently a costings and purchase order system has been added to
provide a complete and versitile package. Written in Delphi and using Borland's
Interbase database engine, Ace provides a robust and maintenance free platform,
from the single user up to corporate clients.

Customising Services
Ace may be deployed with any number of
different modules to meet personal requirements. Ace may also be customised to
accomodate any changes required by your business operation.
Easy To Use
Ace has been designed with the user in
mind. All options are user friendly and easily accessible from pull down menus.
The more frequently used options have the benefit of being launched from the
speed bar found on the main menu of each module.
Security
You may log on to Ace with just a simple
password or a full user access set-up where the administrator can grant or
revoke access to users pin-pointing individual options of each company. Audits
can be set to track the more important data inputs such as stock postings,
accounts postings and invoicing.
